Hello, any account recovery will have to go through customer service. I would advise to try to figure out the account email, or security email linked to the account. And if possible, try to find any recharge history you have for this account.

The reason I don't know the accounts email is cause, my youtube channel got banned and I use to play naruto with that account so when I try to login with that account it's going to a new one oh and no one else used it.
