Yeah this happens in my server too. For the summer season the top ranks haven't been updated since last summer's results so it's not really possible to get to the top when there are all these other people from before taking the spots (many of whom don't even play anymore). I would guess it's a bug or glitch but it's been there since the start of the season.

I think its a problem on all the servers. At least it is on ours too.
