1＃ Go ToSo it doesn't say that it can be triggered twice but im pretty sure when I fought him he triggered twice so does it trigger twice? Im thinking about getting him since I already have 45 frags and he'll be quite a fine pair for my Kakashi summer.

Chase only triggers once, you probably seen it happen in themed arena with Merciless Chase.
Though I believe there is a ninja that increases the chance of doing the chases again for other ninjas.
Even though it's 1 chase only it's really good so im still thinking about getting him since im already so close.

He is a pretty good ninja over all, but he isn't as OP as he once was, since we have a lot better ninjas out there that can do more.

I'm comparing him with Minato Edo Tensei, I know that minato will be a lot better in the long run but Naruto I have 45 frags from free events and as a f2p im desperate to get get someone to match my kakashi summer, I only have Minato edo 7 frags rn im using a completly random team I don't even know how it got like this.

I think it worked for some ninja exams for smth and forgot to change back but as you can see it's not working out for me as well as I planned and I want some ninja that will be faster to get.
