I'm doing that, i mean what are the things that i should get first for power? Do i start with training potions, or should i get secret scrolls?

save up all the refines, charms and cave keys. As for my experience I am redeeming the frags of the ninjas I want..If the ninja I want (like kushina RHBH) is not there I go for power ( like charms, potions, command flags, refines). My priority is command flag. I am using the moon scrolls on cave keys and sun scrolls on advanced refines or charms. The most easy frags to get are kushina's frags. make sure to get those.
