Hello, i used 4372 coupons on an event to get some Explosive Heart packs, but i didn't receive any Limited point, was supposed to have 437 limited point and buy some other Explosive heart packs on limited point shop.

Hello, as Idol stated, this is not a bug. You do not receive points in this event from spending coupons, just ingots.
