First of all, this strategy is based on Itachi, so it's not a F2P lineup.
Also, this strategy must be played manually. It won't work on auto.

Now that you're aware of this, let's talk strategy.
The main goal of this strategy is to kill fast. By that, I mean in like 3 or 4 rounds.
This lineup isn't based on combo... You have to kill with mysteries for it to work. It goes like this :
X - Kisame - X
X - Midnight - Hidan
X - Itachi - X

I use Kisame because he can tank as well as do high damage with his mystery.
I use Hidan since his mystery does enormous damage.
I use Itachi because his Tsukuyomi barrier, which increases the chakra by 100pts each round. That's the main reason this lineup is strong. Also, he's immuned to all debuffs.

As for the Talents, this is my setup :http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=image&aid=4501&size=300x300&key=959f908685385bf0&nocache=yes&type=fixnone

This lineup is using 3 Sword-Bearing Ninjas, which makes the Tsukuyomi barrier way more effective. These are the 2 reasons :
1) "Warrior's Killing Intent" increases the Attack of 3 Sword-Bearing Ninjas by 40% for 5 rounds, but that's not what's important. This passive reset the CD of Mystery Skills if this mystery kills something (Even a clone works).
2) "Root of Warrior" increases the Attack of 3 Sword-Bearing Ninjas by 20% for 2 rounds and also makes them immune to Debuffs for the same number of round.

With these 2 passives combined, your first 2 rounds have 90% chance (to not say 100%) to go as you need it to go.

I know what you probably are thinking about right now : "Why using Kisame if the passives only raise the attack ? Wouldn't Kimimaro be a better choice ?"
Well, as I said earlier, the attack boost isn't what makes this lineup strong, but rather the debuffs immunity and the CD reset. Also, I like the fact that I can launch 3 mysteries 2nd round, and Kimimaro costs 60 chakra... The way I play my ninjas look like this :

First round -->Itachi
Second round --> Kisame (Target the most vulnerable target)
Second round --> Midnight Blade
Second Round --> Hidan
Third Round --> What you do on third round will depend on how many of your Mystery CD got reset.

The reason I suggested to target the most vulnerable target with Kisame is because even though I said this lineup isn't based on combo, it still combos. And the lower the health of a ninja, the bigger the chances are to actually kill your enemy with a Mystery. The combo requires a Summon and looks like this :http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=image&aid=4499&size=300x300&key=2402a127d1f3f651&nocache=yes&type=fixnone

I end the combo with Kisame instead of Itachi cause this way it recovers your tank's hp.

On the initiative side, Itachi must be as low as possible, while the others must be as high as possible. Also, you need to raise Itachi's Resistance high enough so he's not that easy to take down. The reason you want to have Itachi's initiative is for him to always be the last changing the field (You don't want your Tsukuyomi to be stolen by Sasuke's Kirin for example)

It's definitely interesting and fun looking, but I don't know how well it would fair against the higher tier lineups
