1＃ Go ToHello today i joined to the game and i have extra 20 x Charm Materials Pack. When i logged out yesterday i dont have them.
I didnt buy it for sure, i checked the events and everything is alright.
Maybe it is some bug or i dont know...

You sure you didn't do a charm rebate or recharge or do any event with charms? If you had other tabs and recently selected all...it could seem like you got new stuff..but in fact it just shows your full inventory.

You most likely claimed rewards and simply forgot that you did something. Perhaps you've given access to your account to a friend and they purchased them or claimed rewards without telling you? Regardless, "doing something bad" is not likely to have been rewarded with free charm packs.
