Hello, I have been playing this game pretty much since it released and one the things that it´s wrong with this game (cause there are a lot) it´s Matsuri Challenge Arena, there is no balance on that thing whatsoever, apparently the way it´s supposed to work is that in your first match you get to battle someone that has approximately the same BP you have, from then if you win, you battle someone with more power than you, if you lose, you fight someone with less power than you. None of this things ever happen, pretty much in all of the time I have been playing the 1st match is ALWAYS against someone stronger than me, from then I get to fight random people with a tendency to fight a lot of people that are way stronger, for example today 06-08-20 my 1st match was against someone with 380k+ BP (I have 272k) I obviously lost, then tried again and for the next 4 battles I faced people with more than 380k, the 5th match was against someone with 62k, and for the final one I faced someone with 550k BP, where is the balance on that? I would like that other people expose their cases with Matsuri, I KNOW I´m not the only one... nothing more to say justFIX MATSURI

Hello,
I will submit your suggestion to fix Matsuri Challenge Arena along to the developers! A few points of clarification, however:

- Please ensure that you do not go over the 30 second window. Once you do so, you will be matched with anyone, regardless of their record!

- Matsuri Challenge Arena does not actually guarantee matching opponents of similar power, and power is not a factor for this event! Rather, it will attempt to match you to opponents with similar win/loss records. This may mean that an opponent that is vastly stronger than you that has had an unlucky break could be your opponent if they have a similar win/loss record to yours! This design is to help and protect people that are on unlucky streaks by giving them easier opponents. Sometimes a player will get lucky and find a player that is doing well and "punching above their weight class" and sometimes a player will be unlucky and find a strong opponent that has had a streak of bad luck.

Thank you for participating in Matsuri Challenge Arena, and best of luck moving forward!
