You can't see how many you done, you'd just have to do math on your rares for appropriate treasure, every 60 scrolls (on average) is 1 rare, and if you already have that rare, you can count 1 rare for each 20 frags.

Also yes its 50/50. But the next time is pretty much guaranteed to get the opposite.

What Peagout said above is correct. Currently, we have no way to check how many Seals we've already used in one Treasure but to compute a rough estimate of it only by checking how many rares you already got. As for the Great Ninja War Treasure's Super Rares, it is indeed 50-50 chances to get either Madara Uchiha [Founder of Konoha] and Naruto [Kurama Mode]. But if you already got one of them, next time you pull a Super Rare will be sure the other one. Thank you.

The Edo Jinchuriki Treasures are ALWAYS 50/50 on their SR, no guarantee to get the other after your first SR.
