i think 60% damage in atk & nin to men .. it is too much is something unpleasant .. I wonder who was the rxetard who created this passive ability of kakashi summer

how about focus on the 30% defense/resistance reduction and try to find a counter for him?

one of the cheapest soft counter is kurenai summer/ibiki... suppress immunity till the end of next round is quite op for 10-12k cps
