Don't bother with level freezing, when your server becomes x-server at 2 months (60 days) you'll get stomped by players who level froze a longer time than you.

On my server there was some players,that freeze at 60 lvl,till they get pos 1 all lvl 10 refines.But they quit long ago.I'm holding lvl,not freezing,start at 70 lvl,now I'm 82 lvl with 230k,f2p style.But my sage is full of spenders freezers,who run 350,400,500k

Takes 60 days before a server unlocks cross server, it also depends on what server you're in, if you're in any server 1500 and up go for lv freezing otherwise its basically pointless.
