look you can get it for free .... I explain ... in the greate plate event ... he was there, I got 10 frags something like that ... the pack they give you when using 500 keys gives you 4 pack containing 16 frags from kakashi summer..the pack contains several ninjas you choose the one he wants ... that pack changes sometimes ..
