Aim for 2 S-Class everything

Becuz each tool has a different bonus,

-Gourd is meant for a tanky type ninja that you want to survive throughout rounds like for example Gaara [5th Kazekage]

-Fan is meant for a ninjutsu user since it increases Ninjutsu and Initiative for example Kakuzu [Earth Grudge Fear]

-Blade Meant for taijutsu use pretty obvious same as Fan but Taijutsu and Initiative for eample Minato [Edo Tensei]

-Rope I feel is the exact same as gourd I use my S-Class rope on my main character since im always creating shields that use resistance.
