You c*so focus on spending into the Lucky Starts wheel during Fuku, because you get a good amount of training potions from it + you can redeem training potions for stars as well. Training potions are the bread for your BP, so focus on that probably. BP Fukus exist but show up very rarely, so just wait for a good ninja that would suit you inside the Fuku event + lucky stars.
