I just passed mine as Wind Main using:

Chiyo 10 Puppets | x | x
Pain - Jigokudo | Wind Main | Konan
x | x | x

maybe this can help you if you have them.. but i've seen people using Neji, kabuto and sasuke.

Neji as a tank/interruptor
Kabuto as healer and clone support
and sasuke as combo chaser and dps.
In the first round you want to focus the middle dude and let auto focus the rest, save kabuto's clones for round 2.
round 2 you want to wait until *zune heals then you need to go ham with your longest combo chain initiator.
round 3 you just let the auto take over and watch the result. Hanzo will use his mystery every 2 turns or so keep
this in mind so you can interrupt it with neji. if neji is dead when you reach this round restart.
