Server Merges!

So I have some questions and 1 suggestion. Please answer all of the questions without ignoring even one.
1. Why does it say: Server merge will take place once every 2 weeks IF the last server merge happened 17th of March? The last update topic is called Server Merge Updates - March 17th
2. Is it okay to lie to players? And I don't want even to listen to such stuff as it may take longer and bla-bla-bla. Why does it say EVERY 2 weeks then? Why? This is disinformation. Put the correct description then which is: "It may take an unlimited amount of light years".

3. Is the process of server merging alive even? You do know that players spend their time doing basically your jobs by gathering information about average BP and etc to request server merges. Why do people waste their time on such stuff if nothing is moving for months?

Suggestion: Please, do Server Merges, because soon the Season will end and a new one will start. Maybe the merges did not happen, because you guys did not want to mess up the ranking in the Season, which I highly doubt, but maybe. Okay. Well, a new Season win start soon, so this is a great opportunity to wake up the Server Merge person, no?
Many servers are dying out. There aren't enough people. No GNW for several long months, you know how many Seal Scrolls that wasted for players? A lot.
You get profit from players but can't press some b-u-ttons? Please, I beg you, do server merges. Its too sad to play on an empty server.
