Recharge Problem again..... Happened to me on the 1st of May and took 19 days to get my Ingots from Oasis.

After giving all info they needed it still took that long.

Now I having a Recharge Problem again. I contacted Customer Service 5 hours ago and haven't had a Response from them yet.

I went through the same process as I always do and have not recieved my Ingots yet and Customer Service seems to be Ignoring me.

If Daiske or other mod is watching these post please give me a hand here.
