Recharge Problem again..... Happened to me on the 1st of May and took 19 days to get my Ingots from Oasis.

After giving all info they needed it still took that long.

Now I having a Recharge Problem again. I contacted Customer Service 5 hours ago and haven't had a Response from them yet.

I went through the same process as I always do and have not recieved my Ingots yet and Customer Service seems to be Ignoring me.

If Daiske or other mod is watching these post please give me a hand here.

I read this and feel like to leave that game. Cause i have recharged yesterday and today too and my ingots still missing. So i dont want to wait like this guy... 19 days. Feels like developers dont need money. If my recharges just going to the air and i dont get any ingonts why i should do it ? If i get my ingots then i can do more recharge but...

If you are still missing your ingots, contact CS and provide them with your proof of purchase, this will expedite things as much as possible.
