Hello, can you please specify on as to what you mean in regards to shortcut? Do you mean a bookmark on browser? Or do you mean shortcut to the mini-client?

If you are using mini client, sometimes it opens up the client but nothing loads up and is white. In this case, you just have to close the client and reopen the client. It is always nice to post a screenshot or be bit specific like Tyler pointed out.
