I mean, its up to you, i say this for this reasons:
- his passive Y+2 scalate every time you deal any damage, with a chase triggered 3 times in a round he gets +21% ninjutsu and attack (if you count mistery its +28);

- why do i think its good? because even if his chase gets -30% damage, his mistery will be very strong with at least 2 rounds, and you can cover that chase reduction with 1 single round of full chase;

- But if you want to have his passive +2 where he and another senjutsu user gets immune to debuffs, i wouldnt suggest that, since its not worth it.

But like i said, its up to you.
