But he is making strategy so you could actually do a merge. After months not merging he is thinking are you capable of doing it. So players actually need to make strategy for server merging..like how long to wait, what to expect and so on.

I don't know if you are trying to be funny or not, but again it's not something that should be posted here. He should apply for a merge through that link, and eventually his server will get merged. -
