Hmm, I guess Kisame fighting with a Sword and Kisame fighting as one with his Sword are two different things. Thus making Kisame Hoshigaki [Samehada Sword Fusion] not a Sword-User. Just my opinion

I mean, Sasuke rinnesharingan doesn't use any sword techniques but he still is labeled a sword user

Ok, so then what about Kakashi Susanoo? Kimimaro Halloween? I mean, technically Orochimaru [Konoha Traitor] SHOULD be a sword ninja considering Kusanagi is still in him somewhere in his throat.
