I was having the same issue with this exam level a couple days ago. The youtube tutorials require a really high amount of luck, I tried a lot of times with GNW Neji like they showed but I just couldn't get everything to go right. The team I eventually ended up using was not exactly f2p (I am f2p but I do have some strong ninjas I got from spending coupons I saved up for) but it worked pretty well. It's not completely my original idea, the team is partially based off a ninja exam video by Kaizer but I changed some things around too. I think I used this team for 258 as well, but I did this really late at night and stuff kinda blurred together lol. But the basic principle of this team should work for 257.

You can put SOSP Naruto in place of Edo Minato (doesn't need to be BT Minato either) if you don't have him. Kisame was given out for free in Fireworks a while ago so you might have him. If not, you could probably put Madara 5 Kage Summit in his place but that might not be as good since the sharks Kisame's mystery generate help to absorb damage. So yeah, if you make any of those substitions it should be fine, just check your chases in Konoha proxy. You might have to adjust the summon. It might be a little more annoying using SOSP since he doesn't do un-dodgeable damage and in round 2 opposing Kurama Naruto will dodge. On the other hand he does have better health regen than Minato.

Round 1, use Kisame. He'll stop everyone's mystery and the sharks will absorb some of the standard attack damage.

Round 2, use Minato immediately to interupt everyone's mystery, then use Wind main's dance of impetus to reset mystery cooldowns. I can't remember exactly if I used Kisame again after the cooldown reset, but if you have enough chakra I think you should, since there are some ninjas like Yugito who attack during round 2 but not immediately, so Minato won't have stopped them.

Round 3 use Minato again. By this point you should have cleared most of the opposing field, if not, enough of them should be down you can clear them even without mysteries in the rest of round 3 or in round 4. Guy should also help your ninjas surive longer with the health regain, so even if Minato takes a lot of damage in round 1 or 2, he should be able to pretty much fully heal himself with his mystery. If you're using SOSP Naruto healing will be even less of an issue since he does it himself anyway.

I think you also need to have your pos 1 ninja have at least 10k initiative. Or, if you switch Kisame and Minato (like, if you put Kisame in pos 1 and Minato in pos 2), Minato still needs to have the better equipment on him and at least 10k initiative in order to move before the opposing side in round 2 despite being in pos 2.

i dont have minato, and after naruto kurama dodges mysery from my sosp, he imobilazies my main, alwaysss

You could try running Flower Guard on your main instead of the Wind Enhancement so that she'll be immune to that. I'm pretty sure Kurama Naruto doesn't cancel shields and buffs so it should work. I might have done that actually, I can't remember exactly. Good luck!
