So,first time in zenith,and I pick GNW Choji and Lee,both of which are full BT.And Lee has his BT skills,while Choji don't.So my question is,what determinate which ninja keep BT skills?And how I can check that?

there will be some kind of sign on the ninja's box that you click and drag indicating if its a full breakthrough

its a random thing

like the ninjas you pick from are random, some of them are broken

it will say "complete" next to their name and it has nothing to do with if you broke them yourself
