1＃ Go ToI logged in after 2 wins from yesterday and 0 losses, entered a match during ZENITH, then before I could even take talents I got a DC, while youtube was still working I couldn't LOG INTO your GAME FOR 12 FULL MINUTES!!! I want back my lost point, or a compensation, it happened again while I was watching a match. It said "orochimaru attacked you" then I couldn't log into the game no matter how hard I tried, and my YOUTUBE was WORKING, the INTERNET was ON, although some DC's can break the internet for 3-4 mins. In second match I got DC again but after refresh game worked and I won that match.
Do something so when DC happens match stops and nobody wins or loses.
JUST DO SOMETHING!
AND ALSO I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF WHAT HAPPENS DURING DC AND I WANT MY COMPENSATION SINCE I LOST CHANCE AT 3.5K COUPONS! IT SAYS "CONNECTING TO SERVER" BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!

I got 5 wins because I only played 2 matches yesterday, lost once today due to DC. I believe I would have been able to win that match!
Moderators of the game have to understand this was a loss due to technical difficulties of YOUR GAME. It is not my fault, therefore I deserve a compensation.

Again same thing for 9 minutes straight, you can clearly see I have internet otherwise I wouldn't be able to type this. And in the bottom corner you can see the wifi is on.
How many replies to this post I have to make before a moderator actually bothers to respond to the issue???!!

Hello, if you wish for compensation, your only chance for that would be through CS via a ticket, however, are other players from your server also experiencing this issue?
Today I won my 7th battle, the only one I lost was due to game not working properly, I typed here in hopes it will reach some moderator but I believe they won't answer if I write them a ticket, might try though.
By the way, yes there is another person who had this issue, he shown me the SS with "orochimaru attacked you" but didn't save it, and I didn't screenshot it.
