1＃ Go ToHey guys!
A quick list of these useful ninjas who can remove enemies shields and buffs (sometimes your own also so be careful :p)
I might've missed 1 or 2 though (is it my imagination or there used to be some ninja who removed debuffs and shields with his standard attack? )
I also need to do one next week for ninjas who break immunity

well you did miss "some", but not that big of a deal
1. Wind main 's 3rd Passive 2 after cultivation: before her first action, clear buffs and shields and cause blindness to 1 random male ninjas.
2. Ino [Summer]'s Mystery
3. Shikamaru [Chuunin]'s Chase +1
4. Kiba [New Year]'s Mystery. (This one is special bcause he clears buffs and shields and debuffs as well).
5. Hinata [Summer]'s Mystery.
6. Gaara [5th Kazekage]'s Chase +1 (as the above person said)
7. Temari [Great Ninja War]'s Mystery. (Apperantly most Temari versions remove buffs and shields)
8. Zabuza [Mist's 7 Swordsman]'s Mystery +1. (If you play Ninja Exam a lot, you'll notice him: NE 359
)9. Orochimaru [Akatsuki]'s Chase.
10. Jiraiya [Sage Mode] Mystery +2. (Again from Ninja Exam: NE 343)
11. Iruka [Suit]'s Chase
12. Sasori [100 Puppets] Mystery Y+1. (Although only the selected unit got his buffs and shields removed, it still counts, right?)
13. Kakuzu's Mystery (from normal to +1. I'm talking about normal Kakuzu, not the overpower version.)
14. Sai [Suit]'s Mystery
15. Hanzo's Mystery Y+1 (for both sides, so be careful)
16. Mei [Swimsuit]'s Mystery (for non-water ninjas only)
17. Fuu Yamanaka's Mystery +2

21. Utakata [Edo Tensei]'s Standard (you don't see Edo Utakata that much in real fighting, but a lot in Ninja Exam)
22. Jinin Akebino [Edo Tensei]'s Standard (again quite a rare ninja in real fighting).
