He loses 30% damage on standard but he cause paralysis that can't be cleansed nor immune to nor reflect with mirror. Pretty OP in my opinion.
no .. only to those who are not immune and only one turn that is useless if your enemy evades or is immune .. it makes no sense

I think the guy means that in anime Sasuke Rinne is op and in game he didn't like him. Which is lul but whatever... maybe not a grown-up player or smth.
the only good thing about sasuke is that they don't combo him not all the time .. but a burn or position. ea lethal for him .. not immune a simple attack is like a combo .. genjutsu attack like scarlet blaze sleeps him for several shifts just hurts him one shift stops being useful .. sasuke becomes unbeatable all rounds. and ignition positions will affect all the time

it is bad. Because kushina being paralyzed wind attribute and for 3 turns. and + 1 should paralyze for 2 turns, since it is of lighting attribute and it subtracts -30% damage. it really doesn't work ai with simple genjutsu confuses sasuke for several turns

Or just normal damage and paralysis for one round to immunity
