I have been gone for months, I logged in for the first time 2 days ago, today I recharged, 1000 ingots, using the "recharge now "*on in the "eternal will of fire" rebate page. and I did not recieve the rebate.
at the bottom it says "total claimed rebate coupons: 1000"
which is both untrue, as the rebate is only 20%, so my recharge would only net me 200 coupons
and it is false, I did not receive a single coupon from the rebate
Hello, please provide CS with screenshots of your proof of purchase, along with the information that you provided here, and they will be able to assist you.
already done, they just said they will "forward" the issue to "technicians" but I have not once received any actual help from the supposed support, so I wanted to make this thread too, to hopefully have some minuscule chance of getting assistance. The fact that they have marked the ticket as "answered" and if you try to say anything further they reply in the most rude and unprofessional manner of any "customer support" staff ive ever encountered

the log in problems still exist,
the client log in still gets error at 54%, 8 out of 10 times
the random "error" messages still exist
the client still crashes
arena still gets stuck finding matches but when you try to click cancel it says you are "battling"
the game still disconnects very frequently in bonds and gnw
there is still lag regardless of the internet on the players end
