Loading Screen Sometimes Freezes

I am currently using the Miniclient on Server-15. I have cleared the cache. I have been noticing, even though I have just as much bandwidth as usual, the game no longer loads smoothly. Sometimes when I load different screen it just freezes at 15% and takes forever, or just plain freezes up. When I switch to another account the screen flip upside down, and takes a while to resolve itself. These hindrances are making the game not worth playing anymore. I have 100 MB Down/10MB Up, and I did test it, so this is not on my end.
