If you don't mind switching mains, you can try this.

(Use Ninja Dog Shiba as your mystery summon - the one that activates before your main's mystery, not the one that is involved in chases. Also, if you don't have the Rhino summon for the chase, use the Bull instead).

This team has a lot of buffs for sword user ninjas coming from Mifune and Lightning main. So Mifune, Karui, and Lightning main will have their Ninjutsu and Attack increased by a lot for the first few rounds, and will also be immune to debuffs for 2 rounds. Dan is nice because he can target someone specifically to immobile with his mystery in round 1, and he drains chakra and can cause more immobile if people hit him.

Round 1 you should use Dan to stop the opponent's ninjas from setting up (like, stop them from putting up shields or a barrier). This should also drain the opponent's chakra so you'll have enough to then use Lightning main's mystery.

In Round 2, first use Mifune. Remember, his mystery cancels shields and buffs on the main target, so you hit ninjas who are otherwise "immune" due to stuff like Lightning main and Wind main's passives that make others immune (Root of Warrior and Flower Guard) with debuffs. After that use Karui. Since her passive reduces the amount of chakra needed for mysteries that use 40 or more, both she and Mifune's mysteries round 2 will only cost 20 chakra instead so you can do both. Or you could use Mifune and Lighting main in round 2 if you weren't able to use Lightning's mystery in round 1, and then save Karui for round 3.
