1＃ Go ToUm so like i have been trying for ages to start a sever and be the strongest i always get on top but those freaking p2w are annoying. So if yall have any ideas as a f2p player how to start a sever cause i want a long term relationship lol

So you are asking for advice in joining a new server, be a on top player, and ensuring that no p2ws are in your server?? You might as well stop playing if you think that can happen. Even if you manage to find one server without p2ws - don't forget when you get merged, p2ws will be most likely be present in the other servers.
You just have to accept you won't be #1. What you can do is be a top players among the f2ps as they will always be certain players who don't know what they are doing.
