Instead of 100 frags or 180 frags on ninjas on gatcha wheels that doesn't have or low chance of hitting the jackpot, why not put something like power items. For samples, 80 advance refine runes, ninja assist optional pack x30, advance threads x100, delaxu myoboku training. Cave Key pack x 3. Put something in there that we have a chance to win with. Seeing those x100 frags that have 0.000000000000000001% chance of winning is tiring. Put something usable in there that will give us power.

When i started playing this game in the server opening event they put a wheel with pain shurado and pain ningendo x30 frags.
It was amazing cause you would see many people getting their frags and eventualy almost everyone started with 1-2 pain in their lineups. Sure they're not endgame ninjas but that's my point. the ninjas featured in RNG wheels don't have necessarily need to be endgame ninjas with 000000000000000000,1% drop chance.
Would they put average decent ninjas like some kages, some christmas/summer ninjas.. lower frag amounts like 20-25 frags and higher % rates it would be so much better, in my humble opinion. -

Oh memories, I remember that Lucky Stars Wheel with Pain - Shurado and Pain - Ningendo. I was spinning that wheel every time I get coupons daily and successfully completed Ningendo. My groupmates were saying that I was lucky since Ningendo is a good ninja to use for Ninja Exams. xD

You need to put things in respective - I believe when that occurred was during 1.0 (it be helpful if you added dates), this meant the Pains were the me

If my memory serves me right, it is around August or September 2017 since my server was opened a few weeks before the anniversary.
