you don't need Killer Bee breakthrough, just Chojuro with his passive Y scaling and standard attack breakthrough

Chojuro c*so be replace with Kushina Habanero breakthrough for ninjutsu scaling

Killer Bee is here to get hit and drop the enemies res/def

After that it only comes down to some luck whether your Chojuro and Yagura would get immobilized , because copied Jinpachi passive gives you immortality for 2 rounds and you can win by constantly being at 1hp as long as you keep copying Jinpachi
