no groups

this is a major bug thats keeping me from gaining benefits early on ..so im lvl 21 and when i click the group icon i don't see any groups i can join only see create and there are 3 groups im sure about and maybe more when someone tried to add me they said the game told them my lvl is too low and if i wanted to even create a group i couldn't cause i have about 200 coupons and it says i don't have enough and the cost is 125 i think please help so i can join a group need help asap ....server 1479 LA server came out earlier today
