Yes but you will get her eventually without even trying. A lot of ninjas can be earned without event trying through survival trial - for example: sasori 100 puppets, young adult and akatsuki orchimaru, asuma edo.

You'll be fine, considering you do survival trial everyday. even someone like me got her, and arena 3v3 doesn't work for me too much, since my hours and my server hours aren't exactly aligned
