Hello!

Not that I'm taking the side of the Game's Management because I'm one of the staff, this is my personal opinion since I've seen your report before, but it is your fault for buying big amount of that item without trying it first with just 1 piece of it. You are the one who bought it without looking for any information first. It is in there but it doesn't mean that you have to buy it. Many players know what it is and they never touched that item, especially not buying 50 pieces of it or more in one go. Therefore, the game didn't cheat on you.

I hope you understand and move on. Take this as your lesson to not buy anything that you have no knowledge of it and do not buy anything unknown to you in big quantity. Thank you.
