what do you guys think of the idea of having a clothing recruitment treasure or existing treasures giving out clothing fragments

because lately most have to obtain clothing fragments 1 by 1 with coupons and some of the newer servers aren't able to get legacy clothing items so umm a limited clothing treasure/sealscrolls for clothing would be dope
