Hello, did you contact CS via a ticket and provide them with your proof of purchase? If not, please do. If you did, did you ever receive a response from them?
to be fair CS does nothing until you literally beg them to I had to go trough weeks on end of non stop asking this man seems legit upset its actually not really his fault its the fact that the game does not provide a steady transaction process for some people. unfortunate but true
