Thank you, I've made sure to show both of the purchased transaction ID's/Order Number, hopefully, this will resolve it soon. Just have to wait for a mod.
The only mistake you made was doing a chargeback before contacting CS to fix the issue for you. You should have contacted CS first with the screenshots. Charging back automatically locks your account until you pay back the amount that you charged back. If you provided your info with timestamps you should hopefully be ok. They will probably have you recharge, to unlock the account then they will send the missing ingots in the mail. That's usually what happens at least.
Next time if you don't get your ingots within 24 hours from recharging. Contact CS right away. Sometimes the system can take a few hours to process it, not sure why. But most of the time it will go through eventually. There are some times where it doesn't though, like in your case.
