Whats A Rebate?

Yeah I was about to mention 5kage treasure too.

That Treasure seems pretty good, but I am Lightning main.

I Want Kushimaru, Edo Sasori, or Edo Zabuza. From GNW

I Want Gaara and 5th Mizukage in 5kage.

I'm quite new to the game joined maybe less than a month ago, So what is a rebate?
