Don't save to 60, save to 300 minimum, then pull during a rebate in GNW.

Save up for 300 each time when the rebate happens. Draw in the gnw treasure until you get Madara founder of konoha. Draw in the temporary treasure of edo roshi.

After that, honestly the only other seal ninjas worth going for is hashirama for the skill trial. Tendo would be nice as you can sweep ti easily.

Treasure ninjas as a whole are pretty garbage nowadays with the most useful ones being in the gnw treasure with the swordsmen for lightning main.

The most useful treasure by far..is the Kage treasure.

GNW got 2 good Ninjas (other than the super rares): Jinpachi and Edo Sasori.

If you are f2p, forget the savin up for 300 scrolls. Yes it is the optimal strategy, but since you will not win a lot in all the other events, because you are F2P, the biggest excitment comes from getting new ninjas.

Focus on the 5kage Treasure, as in that treasure you will get plenty of useful barriere ninjas and most of the ninjas you can actually use, even later on, in a team.

Really...the only bad ninja in that treasure is Chojuro - maybe Mifune but he is still more useful in lightning than most of the GNW epic ninjas.

The only 3 "good" ninjas in GNW (as rares) are Kushimaru, Jinpachi, Edo Sasori.

Kage only has 2 good rares (that I can think of off the top of my head), Gaara Kazekage and Chojuro. Which both are only good at 4* when you have skill trials.

Also with how easy it is to get seal scrolls, free 2 play players can easily get to 300 after awhile. Which btw gets easier when you do the 300 rebate, as those seals you get, can go towards the next 300.

The "Rebate" that they are talking about is an Event of the game which gives you a return of items from using specific amount of Seal Scrolls. Recruitment Feedback comes ones in a month in Hot Topics event which lasts 1 to 2 weeks.

I will use my Seal Scrolls during a rebate.

With Gaara kazekage farmable from elite instance i would advise against spending SS in kage treasure.

Also as a free2play i Can assure you that 300 SS isn't that hard to get even without going for them at every opportunity .

Or go for edo jinchuriki. Edo Yagura and Edo han are pretty good. I thiink you'll need 200 scrolls but I'm not sure.
