I don't play much anymore, but I remember I used to find a team quite easily. Even if they were rubbish teams, at least I could complete one or two daily missions. But lately the wait goes on and on and I never get matched. Is it broken or people just stopped using it?

Match requires people from your server/merged server so if no one is trying to match then you aren't either.

Matching used to be cross-server but they supposedly "fixed" it and now you can only match with people from your server. Of course as a result noone can really find a match this way anymore. So if you don't already have a team you're out of luck.

In short by fixing something Oasis just made it unplayable. Just as you I used to do 2 missions easily. Now after those changes I can't even play because I don't have a team.
