the number of ninjas who appear per round is fixed and it will not increse.

u r able to capture only one bcuz u r not fast enough to attack another ninja before someone else does or the number of players participating has increased

I dont think this is correct. IF the number of people participating has increased then number of rogue ninjas spawns will increase at same time

Again, my power 220k, i'm no donater, 15.02.2020 go in Rogue ninja and do 2 fight at a time all invent, 22.02.2020. Rogue ninja, me support friend (he power 350k) and we do only 1 fight at a time, the difference is visible? Friend It has Kakuzu EG and fight with him ended faster.
