So s3xy Naruto's passive is "While this ninja is on the battlefield, male ninjas receive a 30% ninjutsu increase." Does this mean it buffs the enemy's male ninja as well?

30% nin for all males in the ally field (yes the ally field, not just team)

also it stacks with hashirama's buff
