Question of strong poison users

While many players see "Cancer Team " users as the Filth of the earth and never fail to tell you in Arena chats My question is about Duel Poison// Strong Poison at the same time i have seen players in Discords and on world chat expressing that Poison and strong Poison when the Damage Procs is One damage while others say its two separate damages because strong poison is a separate buff from poison.....can anyone Clarify this for me so i can update my clan with Factual Information
