use 10/20 on the try your luck event since you at least double or more your points and then i would dump them either into low refines or level 3 mags, level 4 mags arent worth buying until you have all level 4 mags

Don't spend ingots on anything other then stamina refills and try your luck spins. Just slowly use them up on those, only other thing worth spending on is ingot only events, like when we had Playboy Sasuke/Iruka one, where it cost about 600 ingots to get 2 star Iruka or 3k for Sasuke, which is amazing compared to 5/25 seal scrolls that those ingots would have bought.

Definently wait it out and do the try your luck event daily. Super worth it. That 250 ingots can turn into anywhere from 500-1250 coupons
