Dude with lowest power still had 15k more than me. WTF ????????????????????????????????????? Should I not get a weaker player after I loose one or two times??????????? GNW - same story, why am I thrown in with people who has +25k power more than me on average? Training grounds - even worse ....... Reply

In theory, yes but if no one that is weaker or close to you in power are queuing in matsuri, then that rule will be ignored over for the need of matching people regardless of power/lvl. Trust me I tested it for matching could work.
