so i just need to know about minato in the ninja assist

is speed points the same thing as initiative?

also how much can he increase when he maxed out ( i know it is 50 at beginning but he can be leveled up right ? )

Hey,

Speed is same as initiative. It caps out on +400 initiative, when you equip it it doesn't give visible initiative stats. Basically a trump card
