You really need to learn what RNG is. You can draw very little or a lot to draw. To make it simple for you, DO NOT PULL FROM LUCKY SN4TH IF YOU WANT A GUARANTEED. Seriously, there are several post out there that warns people that some events aren't guaranteed.

but they are DEFINITELY not equally likely outcomes

so it is WAY LESSER

Every wheel type of event have weighted tiles. For example, the feast, 8 items but some items have a significantly higher rate of getting drawed. The only true chance /probability based wheel event is lucky board (or is it?)
