On 13/01/2020 i made a purchase of 500 ingots twice in a 30 second interval between them but didnt receive the other 500 ingots. It said that my transaction was complete then I closed the page and returned back to the game and I only had 500 ingots... Please help me solve the problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello, sorry for the trouble, if you still have not received your ingots, please create a CS ticket and provide them with a screenshot of your receipt, showing your transaction ID.
